Gemino was awarded to the prestigious AUB (American University in Beirut). The engineering phase and negotiation lasted for over 2 years  due to the complexity of the project and the peculiarities of the  building. At the end of this complex period and thanks also to Debbas(new partner for Gemino for the Mena regions) gemino secured the  project. Works on site will start the end of 2011.

Gemino for Sandler O’Neils in New York - September 2011

Gemino was awarded Sandler O’Neil project in 1251 Av of the America in New York. The project is designed by Mancini Duffy. On the project there are custom wood veneer doors and panels.
The successful proposal was put forward by Tom Walsh , Gemino NY, in conjunction with its local distributor Waldners Business Environments.
